France's approved e-invoicing platforms: search the official list
Short answer: France's tax administration (DGFiP) publishes the list of approved e-invoicing platforms (plateformes agréées, formerly PDP). In the list updated on 13 October 2026, 155 operators meet every condition including the interoperability tests, and 11 more are waiting for those tests. Type a name below to check a provider. Software that only has the "solution compatible" label is not a platform itself and must be connected to one.

- Source: Je consulte la liste des plateformes agréées on impots.gouv.fr (page modified 13 October 2026), two lists in XLSX/ODS/PDF. Our copy was fetched on 2026-10-20; the official lists prevail.
- An approved platform must issue, transmit and receive electronic invoices, extract the data the administration needs, and receive and transmit transaction and payment data. To be registered, operators show tax compliance, secure infrastructure and data, and technical interoperability with the public invoicing portal (PPF) and other platforms. Definitive registration is only granted after interoperability tests in real conditions.
- Registration dates on the approved list run from 11 December 2025 to 28 August 2026; 6 operators show "En attente" instead of a date.
- 45 of the 155 approved operators have their main establishment outside France (Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia).
- "Solution compatible" is a separate DGFiP label for software (invoicing, accounting, banking, till systems). Those solutions are not registered by the administration and must be connected to an approved platform (DGFiP label presentation).
- Since 1 September 2026 every VAT-registered business in France must be able to receive e-invoices through an approved platform; SMEs and micro-enterprises must issue them from 1 September 2027. Details for software makers: France e-invoicing 2027 for invoicing software.

For invoicing software: check the file before it reaches the platform
We make W System, an API for EU e-invoicing. If your software hands Factur-X, UBL or CII invoices to an approved platform, our free in-browser e-invoice validator and the POST https://api.wsystem.dev/einvoice/validate endpoint check them against the EN 16931 rules first, with rule IDs and business terms, so you can fix errors before the platform sees the file. W System is not an approved platform and does not transmit invoices in France.

Is my e-invoicing platform approved in France?
Search its commercial name above. As of the DGFiP list updated on 13 October 2026, 155 operators meet all conditions including the interoperability tests, and 11 more have filed a complete application and are waiting for the tests. If your provider is on neither list, ask it which approved platform it is connected to: invoicing and accounting software can carry the 'solution compatible' label without being a platform itself.
Is a PDP the same as a plateforme agréée?
Yes. 'Plateforme agréée' is the current name; the DGFiP says these platforms were formerly known as plateformes de dématérialisation partenaires (PDP).
What is the difference between a plateforme agréée and a solution compatible?
An approved platform is registered (immatriculée) by the DGFiP and exchanges invoices between companies and sends the required data to the tax administration. A 'solution compatible' (invoicing or accounting software, a banking app, a till system) produces compliant invoices or data but is not registered: it cannot send invoices to the tax administration or act as the official intermediary, and it must be connected to an approved platform to use the label.
What does 'awaiting interoperability tests' mean?
The DGFiP publishes a second list of operators that filed a complete and compliant application. Their definitive registration depends on passing interoperability tests in real conditions with the public invoicing portal (PPF) and other platforms.
Why do some approved platforms show 'En attente' instead of a date?
In the official file, 6 of the 155 operators on the approved list have 'En attente' (pending) in the registration-date column. We show the value exactly as published.
Can I use this list in my software?
Yes. The same data is at wsystem.dev/data/fr-plateformes-agreees.json (JSON, refreshed from impots.gouv.fr when the official files change). The official lists on impots.gouv.fr prevail; contact e-mails are left out of our copy.
